We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime. However, service availability depends upon telecom operators, cloud providers, Meta/WhatsApp, internet providers and other third-party infrastructure.
We are not liable for delays caused by network congestion, DLT rejection, operator restrictions or force majeure events.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that all customer contact data uploaded to our platform has been collected with appropriate consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MessagesWave shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including business interruption, data loss or lost profits.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MessagesWave, its directors, employees, partners and affiliates against any claims, liabilities or legal expenses arising from your misuse of our Services or violation of applicable laws.
Our Services may integrate with Meta, WhatsApp, telecom carriers, cloud hosting providers and other third-party platforms. Their availability and policies remain outside our control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, or through arbitration where mutually agreed.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
